Washing information
Machine washable; remove battery pack and front panel hand wash or machine COLD wash, hang to dry or tumble dry on a low setting.

Note: When reconnecting the battery pack, connecting the cable incorrectly will prevent the detector from displaying and animating properly, this does not cause permanent damage, just unplug the battery pack and reconnect the other way around.
